A short, far from comprehensive, and very unscientific classification of moms—their main types, habits, and characteristics :)
Mother Hen
- clucks and fusses over her precious little egg. At any sign of trouble, she panics and launches into a flurry of activity, which, however, by no means guarantees a positive outcome, especially for the chick.
Dragon Mom
- constantly breathes fire at everyone in the household, as well as anyone who dares to hurt them. When any problem arises, she first burns everything to the ground, then figures out what happened amid the ashes.
Echidna Mom
- gives a pizza with candles stuck in it as a birthday present. When any problem arises, she advises you to ignore it and not sweat it, which is what she does herself.
Cat Mom
- walks by herself. Graceful, independent, with little claws. Cat Mom's kittens grow up quickly. When any problem arises, she hisses menacingly; sometimes she leaves, proudly holding her tail head high.
Opossum Mom
- In any confusing situation, she plays dead. Any problem makes her feel she is in a confusing situation.
Peacock Mom
- Her greatest pride is her colorful tail, made up of her children. At every opportunity, she fans it out and displays it to everyone present. The Peacock Mom's children shimmer in different colors with all their talents, showing off her priceless contribution to the development of humanity to best advantage. Whenever there is a problem, she usually turns into an ostrich.
Parakeet Mom
- Spends most of the day on the Instagram accounts of perfect moms; the rest of her time is spent trying to copy their gestures/actions/facial expressions/offspring… Whenever there is a problem, she opens the moms' group chat first.
Sloth Mom
- From a functional standpoint, she is the female version of the Common Dad. Whenever there is a problem, she is either not at home or needs to rest right now and must not be disturbed. With a Common Dad and a Sloth Mom for parents, the child is, from the earliest age, an Astronaut in Zero Gravity.
Cuckoo Mom
- Regularly leaves her chicks with other moms (her own mother, whenever possible). And flies away… but always promises to come back ))).
P.S. guess what kind of mom I am? :)
