Recipe from the video How to Prepare for Shabbat in 2 Hours
Antipasti—oven-roasted vegetables—is a very popular recipe in Israel. You can use whatever vegetables you like; just remember that Israeli potatoes take longer to cook than everything else...
Cut the vegetables into rounds or sticks, arrange them on a baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add rosemary for aroma and/or red pepper for color.
Bake for an hour to an hour and a half, until the potatoes are cooked.
Shabbat shalom, and enjoy your meal!Kitchen measures
