Preparation
Chicken breast, known as "sandwich chicken breast," is a great option for anyone who loves delicious homemade cold cuts. The recipe is incredibly simple, and the meat turns out delicious, tender, and juicy!
Take a whole chicken breast (skinless and boneless), wash it and pat it dry with a towel, then rub it with salt and a blend of different types of pepper (you can also add other spices to taste) and leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Then heat a frying pan well with a little oil and place the breast in it (whole). Fry it on both sides over fairly high heat for about 3,5 minutes on each side, then cover the pan tightly with a lid and turn off the heat.
Let it sit for about half an hour, do not open the lid during this time. Then take out the breast, let it cool, wrap it in foil, and put it in the refrigerator.
In the morning—enjoy! You can slice it thinly "for sandwiches," or eat it without them ;)
Enjoy your meal!
