Preparation
Diet-friendly casserole and fritters, 2-in-1: no fat at all is used for the casserole, while the fritters are fried in vegetable oil. Everyone ends up happy—both those on a diet and those who share a kitchen with them :)
If you are making both dishes at once, don’t forget to multiply the ingredient quantities!
Coarsely grate the zucchini, sweet potato, and onion. Add a generous amount of chopped dill, two eggs, and rolled oats. Season with salt and pepper (I use ground white pepper, which I prefer).
Mix everything together and let the oats swell. Transfer to a baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
As you may have noticed, there is no fat in the casserole. Top it with sour cream, and it will be not just tasty, but very tasty :).
I usually use the same mixture to fry fritters. These are, of course, even tastier, because they are fried in oil ;).
Enjoy your meal!Kitchen measures
