My grandchildren call this dish “Drumsticks and Potatoes.” It is so easy to make that you can hardly believe just how easy.
Ingredients
Place ten chicken legs (drumsticks) and six potatoes cut into large pieces on a baking tray and coat with a mixture of four tablespoons of soup powder, one tablespoon of sugar, and two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Preparation
Bake in the oven for one to one and a half hours at 180ºC until golden brown. Cover with foil during the final stage.
The result is in the photo. The potatoes are soft and tender, with a crisp crust. The meat is juicy and golden brown... And although these legs are not wings, they fly off the plate at a presto tempo.
And here are “Drumsticks and Potatoes” with honey (another version of this recipe, with one tablespoon of honey added to the ingredients).
Enjoy your meal!
