Preparation
Another recipe for fans of Japanese cuisine and anyone who simply enjoys creative ideas! Onigiri hamantaschen go perfectly with Japanese-style costumes :) and with a cheerful Purim mood in good company!
Soak the rice in water for half an hour. Then drain and place it in a rice cooker with the water and sugar.
While the rice is cooking, coat the salmon fillet with teriyaki sauce and bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
Mix the cooked rice with the vinegar. Once it has cooled, fill the onigiri molds with rice and press down with the lids to form triangles. Remove the lids and scoop a little rice out of the center of each triangle. Place a piece of salmon and two cubes of avocado in each center. Then press down with the lids again, pushing the filling into the center, and carefully take the onigiri hamantaschen out of the molds.

Cut the seaweed into wide strips and wrap them around the rice triangles.
Arrange the onigiri hamantaschen on a platter and drizzle with the sauces.

Serve with soy sauce.
