Preparation
As a child, I always hated pasta and any dish made with it. But one day, after trying this dish at a café, I realized I had fallen in love for good! Pasta with salmon and vegetables in a cream sauce... Do you like Italian cuisine?⠀
Chop the onion, garlic, and carrot, and sauté in a little vegetable oil until partially cooked.
Add the diced salmon and stir everything together so that the salmon sears slightly on the outside.
Then pour cream over everything, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top. If you don't like herbs in your food, add whole sprigs for flavor—you can discard them afterward. Cover with a lid.
While the fish finishes cooking, put the pasta on to boil. At the very end, all that remains is to mix the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle the dish generously with cheese.
This time, I also added broccoli florets: I kept them in boiling water for 10 seconds and mixed them with the pasta. So delicious!
Easy to make, isn't it? Enjoy your meal!
