Prayer for health and long life

Каждый день произносят следующие отрывки из Торы:

EnglishHebrewEnglish transliteration

“She—the Torah—is a tree of life to those who hold fast to her, and happy is the one who supports her.”
“Her—the Torah’s—ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths lead to peace.”
“The Name of the L-rd is a mighty stronghold; the righteous person runs to it and is lifted to safety.”

Ets khaim hi lamakhazikim ba,
vetomkheha meushar;

Drakheha darkhey noam, vekhol
netivoteha shalom;

Migdal oz Shem A-doynoy, bo
yaruts tsadik venisgav.

И после этого произносят Молитву об удаче, здоровье и долголетии, составленную Хидой (החיד”א - раби Хаим Йосэф Давид Азулай):

EnglishHebrewEnglish transliteration

May it be Your will, L-rd our G-d and G-d of our ancestors, to be filled with compassion for us. For the sake of our holy forefathers—Abraham, the man of lovingkindness; Isaac, girded with strength; and Jacob, the crown of splendor—annul all harsh and severe decrees against us and shelter us beneath the shadow of Your wings. May all our limbs and sinews be strong. Protect us from every misfortune, every fear and every illness; deliver us from every kind of sorcery and confusion of mind. Do not constrain our hearts or darken our eyes, so that we may serve You and stand in awe of You. Prolong our days in well-being and our years in contentment. May we grow wiser through everything to which we turn, and may success accompany all our deeds. Amen; may this be Your will!
“May Your kindness, L-rd, be upon us, as we place our hope in You.”
“Show us Your kindness, L-rd, and grant us Your salvation.”
“I trust in Your kindness; my heart will rejoice in Your salvation. I will sing to the L-rd, for He has dealt kindly with me.”
“Behold, G-d is my deliverance; I trust in Him and shall not fear, for the L-rd is my strength and my song, and He has become my salvation.”
