Prayer for relief from a headache

Recite seven times: “The L-rd brought about this deliverance for Israel.” “As the L-rd lives, not a hair of his head shall fall to the ground… The people rescued Jonathan, and he did not die.”
May it be Your will, L-rd our G-d and G-d of our ancestors, compassionate King, to have mercy upon (name and mother’s name), remove his headache and the unpleasant sensations in his head, and heal him completely, so that he may be healthy again as before, through the merit of Your holy Names arising from the verse: “Salvation belongs to the L-rd; Your blessing rests upon Your people forever.”
Then recite seven times: “L-rd, save! King, answer us on the day we call upon You.” Amen; may this be Your will forever and ever. Selah.
