Preparation
Strawberry mousse cake is easy to make but dangerous to eat. It's so light that you might accidentally gobble up too much ;) A recipe from #chefdadashev especially for you :)
Kashrut comes first! Soak and rinse the strawberries, cut off the tops, and check for insects. Check the eggs for blood. Sift the flour.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour, and beat with a mixer until the batter is fluffy. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely.
Use a 200 ml glass. Pour 50 grams of cream into it, then fill the rest with water. Dissolve the gelatin in this mixture according to the package directions. Let cool.
While the gelatin is cooling, blend the strawberries with the sugar. Divide the cream into two equal portions. Beat one half with the strawberry purée using a mixer, and whip the other half separately until fluffy. Gently combine them, add the gelatin, and mix. Pour into the pan over the cake layer.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
Slice the strawberries and arrange them over the mousse. Prepare the jelly according to the package directions and carefully spoon it over the cake. Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve just before eating so the cake doesn't melt while sitting on the table.
Enjoy your meal!
