Псалом 126

Когда Г-сподь снова откроется Израилю, в один миг разрешатся все противоречия изгнания, и долгие тысячелетия скитаний покажутся промелькнувшим сном.

1. A Song of Ascents. When the LORD brought back those that returned to Zion, We were like unto them that dream.

2. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing; then said they among the nations: 'The LORD hath done great things with these.'

3. The LORD hath done great things with us; we are rejoiced.

4. Turn our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the dry land.

5. They that sow in tears Shall reap in joy.

6. Though he goeth on his way weeping that beareth the measure of seed, He shall come home with joy, bearing his sheaves.

א שִׁיר, הַמַּעֲלוֹת בְּשׁוּב יְהוָה, אֶת-שִׁיבַת צִיּוֹן--    הָיִינוּ, כְּחֹלְמִים ב אָז יִמָּלֵא שְׂחוֹק, פִּינוּ--    וּלְשׁוֹנֵנוּ רִנָּה אָז, יֹאמְרוּ בַגּוֹיִם--    הִגְדִּיל יְהוָה, לַעֲשׂוֹת עִם-אֵלֶּה ג הִגְדִּיל יְהוָה, לַעֲשׂוֹת עִמָּנוּ--    הָיִינוּ שְׂמֵחִים ד שׁוּבָה יְהוָה, אֶת-שבותנו (שְׁבִיתֵנוּ)--    כַּאֲפִיקִים בַּנֶּגֶב ה הַזֹּרְעִים בְּדִמְעָה--    בְּרִנָּה יִקְצֹרוּ ו הָלוֹךְ יֵלֵךְ, וּבָכֹה--    נֹשֵׂא מֶשֶׁךְ-הַזָּרַע בֹּא-יָבֹא בְרִנָּה--    נֹשֵׂא, אֲלֻמֹּתָיו

1. Shir hamaalot, beshuv A-doynoy et shivat Tsiyon, hayinu kekholmim.
2. Az yimale skhok pinu uleshonenu rina, az yomru vagoyim higdil A-doynoy laasot im ele.
3. higdil A-doynoy laasot imanu, hayinu smekhim.
4. Shuva A-doynoy et shevitenu, kaafikim banegev.
5. hazorim bedima, berina yiktsoru.
6. halokh yelekh uvakho nose meshekh hazara, boya vo verina, nose alumotav.
