Псалом 53

Давид уже сложил псалом, подобный этому (см. Теилим 14). Но тот – пророчество о разрушении Первого Храма, а этот – о разрушении Второго. (Раши)

«Нечестивец» - это злодей Эсав (т. к. римляне, разрушившие Второй Храм, потомки Эсава). Почему он назван «нечестивцем»? сказал рав Йеуда со слов Шмуэля: ибо он наполнил скверной весь мир – он построил дома терпимости, театры, цирки и капища для идолопоклонников. Рав Уна сказал: И залил весь мир кровью евреев. (Шохер Тов 14)

The fool hath said in his heart: 'There is no God'; They have dealt corruptly, and have done abominable iniquity; There is none that doeth good. 3. God looked forth from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there were any man of understanding, that did seek after God. 4. Every one of them is unclean, they are together become impure; There is none that doeth good, no, not one. 5. ’Shall not the workers of iniquity know it, Who eat up My people as they eat bread, And call not upon God?' 6. There are they in great fear, where no fear was; For God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee; Thou hast put them to shame, because God hath rejected them. 7. Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God turneth the captivity of His people, Let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.	א לַמְנַצֵּחַ עַל-מָחֲלַת, מַשְׂכִּיל לְדָוִד. ב אָמַר נָבָל בְּלִבּוֹ, אֵין אֱלֹהִים; הִשְׁחִיתוּ, וְהִתְעִיבוּ עָוֶל-- אֵין עֹשֵׂה-טוֹב. ג אֱלֹהִים-- מִשָּׁמַיִם, הִשְׁקִיף עַל-בְּנֵי-אָדָם: לִרְאוֹת, הֲיֵשׁ מַשְׂכִּיל-- דֹּרֵשׁ, אֶת-אֱלֹהִים. ד כֻּלּוֹ סָג, יַחְדָּו נֶאֱלָחוּ: אֵין עֹשֵׂה-טוֹב; אֵין, גַּם-אֶחָד. ה הֲלֹא יָדְעוּ, פֹּעֲלֵי-אָוֶן: אֹכְלֵי עַמִּי, אָכְלוּ לֶחֶם; אֱלֹהִים, לֹא קָרָאוּ. ו שָׁם, פָּחֲדוּ פַחַד-- לֹא-הָיָה-פָחַד: כִּי-אֱלֹהִים--פִּזַּר, עַצְמוֹת חֹנָךְ; הֱבִשֹׁתָה, כִּי-אֱלֹהִים מְאָסָם. ז מִי יִתֵּן מִצִּיּוֹן, יְשֻׁעוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל: בְּשׁוּב אֱלֹהִים, שְׁבוּת עַמּוֹ; יָגֵל יַעֲקֹב, יִשְׂמַח יִשְׂרָאֵל. Kulo sag yakhdav neelakhu eyn ose tov eyn gam ekhad. ha-lo yadu poaley aven okhley ami akhlu lekhem Eloyhim lo karau. Sham pakhadu fakhad lo haya fakhad ki Eloyhim pizar atsmot khonakh hevishota ki Eloyhim measam. Mi iten mi-Tsiyon yeshuot Israel be-shuv Eloyhim shvut amo yagel Yaakov ismakh Israel.
