Together, we have already sorted through our clothes and thrown out anything unwearable, unloved, or unsuitable. Let's start planning our ideal wardrobes. Where do we begin?

Clothes should not only be right for us in size, cut, and color, but also suit our lifestyle.

If you go to work 5 times a week and spend weekends at home or taking walks with young children, it would be impractical for your wardrobe to consist mainly of evening dresses. I'm exaggerating, of course. But a mother who spends most of her time with her children should first think about comfortable clothes for home that are easy to care for and, of course, beautiful.

Write down all the occasions you dress for during the week, and how often. For example:

Work - 5 times

Walks with the children - 3 times

Clothes for cleaning at home - 2 times a week

Clothes for relaxing at home and spending time with the children

Attending a women's class - 1 time

A Shabbat outfit (for a meal or visiting others) - 2 times

Exercise - 1 time a week

Once a month—going to an event (for example, a wedding or a trip to a café with your husband or friends)

Let's ask ourselves: Can we wear the same clothes for several occasions?

For example, work, walks with the children, and going out to a café can all use the same basic pieces (we'll make the look more playful with accessories).

If cleaning the house does not require cleaning products that could damage your clothes, you can clean in your usual clothes for home. Or perhaps your clothes for home will also work for outings to the playground.

Only you can decide how much variety you need.

Coming to work in a new outfit every day—or making do with a minimum. But after our analysis, you'll be able to see the proportions of the different types of clothing. (In the example above, the ratio of work clothes to clothes for home is 1:1, plus a tracksuit and at least 2 dressy outfits).

Check what you have too much of in your closet and which area has yet to receive your attention.
