Dear ladies, I invite you to my Jewish blog, “Tips for the Homemaker”!
In it, I will share with you how to live as a Jewish woman while finding time to look after your home, raise children according to the laws of the Torah, cook kosher meals, organize celebrations, and do everything else connected in one way or another with our lives as Jewish women.
The idea of creating a blog like this had been growing in me for a long time, but the voice of doubt (safek-Amalek) kept ringing in my ears: “Why do you need this? It is a waste of time, and what will people say…” — it certainly knows what to say. Then, recently, I had an amazing conversation with an extraordinary woman — a mother of five little ones, a creative soul, intelligent and beautiful, and also a direct great-granddaughter of the holy tzaddik Baba Sali zt"l.
As a result of that conversation, I came to understand clearly that the Almighty does not want us to stifle our desire for self-expression and creativity. He wants to continue to CREATE this world through us, and we must serve as vessels to receive His infinite Light. We simply need to start doing, to start creating. To stop tormenting ourselves with doubts dictated by our yetzer hara.
That is how I began making videos for this blog, and I am sure that every homemaker and mother will find something useful in it — recipes, preparation plans, ideas for leisure time with children, or perhaps inspiration or a cheerful mood.
