Preparation
I'm happy to share my latest vegetable salad discovery with you. Do you like dishes with Asian flavors? Warm salad with teriyaki sauce—just the thing for winter!
Cut bell peppers of different colors, carrots, and onions into long strips; you can also add broccoli florets and boiled corn kernels.
Put all the vegetables into a well-heated skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry over high heat, stirring constantly.
Just 5 minutes is enough; the vegetables should only heat through, not cook through. Then pour in teriyaki sauce to taste, stir, and serve.
You can sprinkle the salad with sunflower seeds or chopped peanuts to add a “special touch” (another interesting option is pine nuts).
Enjoy your meal!P.S.: Feel free to experiment with different vegetables—for example, I made a version with red cabbage, onions, peppers, and chicken. This makes it a meat salad, hearty and very tasty too!
