Preparation
Zebra is a delicious cheesecake that is easy and quick to make (no baking!), will impress your guests, and is just the thing for Shavuot!
This cake is delicious eaten frozen, when it tastes like creamy ice cream.
Combine the cream, milk, instant pudding mix, and sugar in the mixer bowl. Beat for 3-5 minutes until you have a creamy mixture.
Add the soft curd cheese and gently fold it in with a spatula until the mixture is smooth.
Grease a disposable rectangular aluminum pan with vegetable oil. Spoon most of the curd cheese filling into the pan, reserving a little.
Dip the biscuits in milk and insert them into the curd cheese filling already in the pan. You should have three lengthwise rows of biscuits running the full length of the pan. (If you want more layers of biscuits, you will need to use correspondingly more than the recipe calls for).
Spread the remaining curd cheese filling on top so that it completely covers the biscuits.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer (preferably overnight).
In the morning, remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
